Lease term: 4 days and more You can book any apartment in the absence of the her armor for another client.
Rules of reservation and rental of the apartments:
To make a payment for the 1st (first) day of stay. Payment is included in the cost of living. After settling in the apartment You pay for the remaining part of the sum.
When you change the lease duration of Your party without prior notice we reserve the right to refuse You in renting an apartment. The prepayment for the first day is not returned.
When you change the lease term after check-in you should inform us about the planned date of eviction for at least 2 days prior to evictions, otherwise we reserve the right to apply penalty sanctions
In case, if you couldn't arrive on a specified date, the advance payment for the 1st (first) day of rent is not refunded. In case of changing the date of your arrival the Deposit is not returned, you will need to make a new reservation for the new date and to expel prepayment again.
